What currency are your prices in?

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.  To change the currency displayed, click the flag at the top.  Note all billing will be charged in the equivalent Canadian currency amount.

When can I expect my order?

To allow for free shipping on all our items and keep our prices as low as possible, all items are shipped ground service (trackable). The time to delivery is vendor specific, changes based on the item(s) bought and the location the vendor(s) ships from. Items may arrive in as few as 5 business days but those arriving from out of country will take longer and could take several weeks to be cleared through Customs before continuing on via Canada Post/USPS. Shipping confirmations will provide an estimated arrival date.

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of the swimwear products we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for purchased items unless defective.  Any item whose use puts it in contact with any body part of fluid is non-returnable. 

Other items can be exchanged if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.  You can return the product and get a full exchange of the product for another one, be it similar or not.  You can return a product for up to 15 days from the time of delivery.  Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.  Shipping is non-refundable.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

The item I was looking a previously has changed in price, why?

We strive to keep out costs down for our customers and do not change our prices unless there is more than a $1 change in our cost (all our prices rounded to the nearest 77 cents). Since much of our stock is bought in USD/EUR but we sell in Canadian dollars, our prices will reflect changes in currency and both price decreases and increases passed on by our vendors and distributors.

Do you ship outside of North America?

We ship worldwide, but duties, taxes and customs may be payable by the customer for delivery addresses outside of North America.  All our items are shipped ground service using local/regional mail service.  To find out if we can deliver to your area, drop us an email at hello@beachfrenzee.com .

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive to process and ship your order the same day, there is no way to change or cancel an order.  Please ensure you order carefully.
